Our current active virtual challenge is:

STEP INTO SPRING!

This April 1st - 30th, “Step into Spring” with this Virtual Challenge! Commit to walking 13.1 miles, 26.2 miles, or cycling a Metric Century (100 kilometers) and make the most of the spring season. 

When you sign up for the challenge, F4F will email you a printable log so you can track your mileage. At the end of the challenge, all participants will receive a medal!

Whether you're an experienced athlete or just starting your fitness journey, this challenge is perfect for everyone.

Fort4Fitness likes to put on Virtual Challenges in between main events so our participants can keep themselves accountable and stay on track with their fitness goals. These challenges are offered in the online format so you can break a sweat (and earn prizes) from the comfort of your own home!

In the past, we've administered challenges that featured yoga, Barre classes, HIIT classes, stretching, and various at-home workouts that were led by local fitness instructors.

  • I lost 10 pounds and people made mention of it. I did notice myself become leaner all around (thanks to the variety of the exercises, it was a full body result). My stamina and lung capacity also had a vast improvement.
