Our current virtual challenge is:

STEP INTO SPRING!

This April, stay motivated with the “Step into Spring” Virtual Challenge! Commit to walking 13.1 miles, 26.2 miles, or cycling a Metric Century (100 kilometers) throughout the month to make the most of the spring season.

Participants keep track of their miles with a printable log, which we'll email to participants when they register. All registrants will also receive a Fort4Fitness t-shirt! 

When you've finished the challenge, you can upload your completed calendar log here. We are so excited to see the progress you'll make throughout the month!

Virtual Challenges

Fort4Fitness likes to put on Virtual Challenges in between main events so our participants can keep themselves accountable and stay on track with their fitness goals. These challenges are offered in the online format so you can break a sweat (and earn prizes) from the comfort of your own home!

In the past, we've administered challenges that featured yoga, Barre classes, HIIT classes, stretching, and various at-home workouts that were led by local fitness instructors.

Whether you're an experienced athlete or just starting your fitness journey, virtual challenges can work to fit anyone's ability and schedule.
