Kids Fun Run presented by Fort4Fitness is FREE to all who participate, including Kit's Club members, but parents must sign the following Three Rivers Festival Waiver of Liability in order for their child(ren) to participate.
Waiver: I know that running a race is potentially hazardous and that my child(ren) shouldn’t enter a walk/run unless my child(ren) are medically able. I agree to abide by any decisions of race officials relative to my child(ren) ability to safely complete the walk/run. I assume all risks associated with participation in this event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with others, illness, injury, weather effects, including heat and/or humidity, traffic, and the conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. For my safety I understand that bicycles, skateboards, roller skates/blades, animals and radio headsets are not allowed in the race, and I will abide by this guideline. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and with acceptance of my child(ren) entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Fort4Fitness, the Three Rivers Festival Executive Board, and all of their representatives and successors from any and all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event.
