Participant packets are Vera Bradley goody bags which include giveaways, coupons, race info, race shirt, and the runner bib. It is required that all participants pick up their items for race day.
Bring your bib confirmation email (printed or digital) which will be sent to each registered participant Monday-Thursday of race week. If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder. If you still do not see a bib confirmation email, please come to the Help Desk located at Packet Pick-up. You may pick up another participant's packet if you bring a copy of their bib confirmation email with you (or have it with you on your smartphone).

Help Desk
If you need to change anything about your race entry, add a stroller or change your anticipated finish time, please go to the Help Desk at Packet Pick-up. At Packet Pick-up, you will be issued the size of shirt you registered for. If you'd like a different size, there will be a shirt exchange at Gear Check on SATURDAY.
Group Packet Pick-Up
Groups of six or more individuals can qualify for group packet pick up. You must fill out the Group Packet Pick-up form to be eligible. Name and bib number of each individual is required. Requests must be submitted no later than Wednesday of race week.
Race Day Packet Pick-Up
Packet Pick-Up on Saturday morning is only allowed if you have circumstances that prevent you from picking up your race packet on Friday night. Race Day Packet Pick-Up is located at Gear Check in the TinCaps batting cages on Saturday morning starting at 6:00 AM. Requests must be submitted no later than Wednesday of race week.
Our guidelines are intended to provide limited Race Day Packet Pick-Up for people who must travel more than 40 minutes to the Fort4Fitness event. The Race Day Packet Pick-Up request form must be submitted and approved to ensure your packet is designated for a Saturday morning pick up. We reserve the right to deny requests to ensure efficient functioning of the event on Race Day.
Requirements for Race-Day Packet Pick-Up:
- Must live more than 40 minutes one way from Parkview Field
- Do not have family or friends in the Fort Wayne area who can pick up my race packet for me
- Will not be in the Fort Wayne area during the normal Packet Pick-Up hours.
