Healthy living and fitness is a lifestyle choice 365 days of the year, and we are here to help people reach their goals! Get Fit in the Fort Training is great for all skill levels to carry out training and fitness all year long. These sessions are great for anyone who is looking to stay active, or for anyone looking to start a new commitment to a healthy lifestyle!

Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the ASH Centre (1701 Freeman Street, Fort Wayne, IN) and are led by a certified personal trainer.
*$59.00 if registered in F4F Spring Cycle or Fall Festival event

Past participants will be notified via email if the class will continue after Fall Festival (which takes place on 10-1-16) and we will keep the website and Facebook page updated with that information as well.
Class Description: Get Fit in the Fort Training classes are eight week progressive training sessions designed to challenge participants to push beyond their comfort level, but more importantly to help build muscle strength and cardio endurance through resistance training combined with aerobic training.
