Running Group

Fort4Fitness Running Group

Registration for the 2018 Running Group is now open. Click the orange button at the bottom of the page. 

Run with an RRCA Certified Running Coach and train with a group to run/walk or increase mileage or to take on a longer distance for Fort4Fitness on September 29th. The group will slowly progress over a training period of 16 weeks that will provide all the information and training advice you need, along with motivation in the form of group runs.
