Running Group

Fort4Fitness Running Group

Registration for the 2018 Running Group is now open. Click the orange button at the bottom of the page. 

Run with a running coach and train with a group to run/walk or increase mileage or to take on a longer distance for Fort4Fitness on September 29th. The group will slowly progress over a training period of 16 weeks that will provide all the information and training advice you need, along with motivation in the form of group runs. 

» $20.00 registration (must be registered for a Fort4Fitness event)
