Yes, please make sure your race number is always visible from the front. People will not be allowed in the starting area, served at water stations, receive an ornament or be allowed to partake in post-race food unless they are displaying a race number.
The normal high in mid-November in Fort Wayne, Indiana is 52 degrees with a normal low being 36 degrees. Please dress accordingly.
Packet Pick-Up will be Friday from 12:00 PM TO 7:00 PM in Pavilion #1 at Franke Park for both the 5K and 2K. For the 5K, Saturday Packet Pick-Up is available from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM. For the 2K, Sunday Packet Pick-Up is available from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
5K results will be available no later than two days following the event. Results will be posted on our website’s homepage as well as the Awards and Results page.
For those parking in the lot south of Foellinger and north of Goshen Road, there will be a shuttle to/from the Start/Finish from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Saturday for the 5K. There will be no participant parking in front of Pavilion #1 (the Packet Pick-Up pavilion) on Saturday and Sunday due to the start line area. Carpooling is encouraged.

Of course! The Saturday 5K is a running or walking event. The Sunday 2K is a walking event. Registrants can participate in both days but will need to be registered for them separately. There is no discount for participating in both distances.
Yes, but they must be pre-registered. Participants with strollers will be in the back of the coral for your safety and the safety of others. Please note that there are portions of the route that are gravel.

Online registration closes the Wednesday before the event at 11:59 PM. On-site registration will be available during Packet Pick-Up at the Help Desk on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Day-of registration is not guaranteed but may be available depending on the circumstances (weather, capacity of the event, availability of volunteers).
If you registered to push a stroller and have changed your mind, that’s perfectly fine. Just show up on race day without the stroller.
If you would like to “add” a stroller, please visit the Help Desk during Packet Pick-Up.
The bib confirmation email will be sent from our registration company to each registered participant on Monday and Tuesday of race week. Please be checking your email for this and if you do not see it, check your spam folder. If you still do not see a bib confirmation email, please come to the Help Desk located at Packet Pick-Up.
You may pick up another participant’s packet if you bring a copy of their bib confirmation email with you (or have it on your smartphone).
Yes. If you register online, you should receive a confirmation email shortly after completing the registration process. If you didn’t provide an email address during the registration process, you will not receive a confirmation or any emails with information or updates about the event. Contact us with any further registration questions.
