The 4 Mile Run/Walk is our classic race to help promote people taking their first steps toward a healthier lifestyle. 4 miles is a perfect distance for those just starting out or trying to get back into shape, long enough to be challenging but short enough to be done with moderate training. This race also shares the same start, exciting stadium finish, and portions of the scenic Half Marathon course.
The start line is on Harrison Street just north of the Harrison Baker Street intersection (1 block southeast of Parkview Field) in downtown Fort Wayne, and concluded with an exciting finish at Parkview Field. The course takes racers through historic Fort Wayne neighborhoods and past landmark churches.
